Holding a full real estate licence, diploma in financial planning and having an associate membership of the property council of Australia, giving him a unique ability to translate complex structures—like SMSF property, equity release, and de-risking frameworks—into clear, actionable plans.

Achievements

G2 property started in 2009 as a conduit between mortgage brokers and financial planners providing property investment advice for their clients. In 2011 G2 property became recognised on a approved product list for an Australian Financial Services Licencee (AFSL) enabling G2 property to recommend property via advisors Statement Of Advice. In 2020 Ryan participated in small scale property developments and is experienced in acquisition feasability studies, site due diligence, market research and project completion including exit strategy. In 2024 Ryan expanded G2 property and now concentrates his efforts providing experienced advice to all property investors.
